Prior to the Nebraska-USC game on Saturday, there was a small group of students protesting the war just outside of the stadium. Much to my surprise, nearly half of the people that walked by the protest either yelled or cursed at them. One drunk Husker fan even laid down on top of a protester and started humping her. Classy.

I guess I shouldn't be surprised at their behavior. It still makes me sad, though. It takes courage to protest the war in this state and they shouldn't have been treated that way.
